This role is structured as a long-term development path, not a temporary job.

• Internship → Full-time progression

• Internal training and hands-on mentorship

• Real exposure to AI-assisted development, LLM systems, and production engineering

​

For international students: OPT / STEM OPT support ; H-1B sponsorship for high-performing, long-term employees. Visa-related support is performance-based and long-term oriented, not automatic.

Compensation

​

Compensation depends on work authorization status and applicable labor regulations:

​​

• OPT (Internship period): Unpaid internship

• STEM OPT: Monthly compensation: $2,000 & Monthly stipend: $1,000

• Non-OPT / Non-STEM OPT candidates: Compensation compliant with local minimum wage requirements

What You Will Learn & Work On

​

• AI-assisted development using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor

• Backend and web service development

• LLM-powered features (e.g., RAG pipelines, vector search, tool-augmented workflows)

• Engineering fundamentals: code quality, reliability, and cost awareness

• Iterating on real products used by real customers

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any major welcome)

• Graduated within the last 0–1 year

• GPA must be clearly listed on the resume

• Evidence of hands-on work (projects, GitHub repositories, demos, experiments)

• Strong willingness to learn, build, and grow long-term
